Production & Crew
The Production Crew is the backbone of every one of our shows. They are the ones that do all of the hard work to make sure that the “show must go on!” Everything from the pre-show packing to load in & load out, setup & tear down, pre-light staging, show lighting, sound checks, live sound, follow-spot operation, stage managing, props, costuming, trouble shooting, merchandise, sales, and the list goes on.
They even fill in on stage at times! We would be lost without them! Thanks!

Bio - Debi
Performing with Marshal Pioneer Pepper since 2024
Debi is an honorary Showgirl with the Sunset Pioneers, bringing heart, humor, and a signature touch of sparkle to every show. She joined Pepper’s show in October 2024 through her daughters’ dance teacher (and Pepper's daughter), Casey, and quickly found herself part of something that feels more like family than a cast.
A lifelong performer at heart, Debi grew up on stage and later spent her twenties acting with a local film crew. During that same season of life, she also began her greatest role yet: starting her family and becoming a mom to three children (two girls and a boy). Those experiences continue to shape the creativity, warmth, and perspective she brings to everything she does.
You’ll most often find her at the merch table, laughing and connecting with guests, or backstage helping wherever she’s needed. Behind the scenes, she supports the performers—especially the younger dancers—and hand-rhinestones costumes, including Marshal Pioneer Pepper’s and the Darlin’ Dollies, carefully adding the shimmer and detail that make each piece truly shine under the stage lights.
Debi loves traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing the joy of the show alongside her daughters, with her husband and son traveling right along with them—sharing every moment as a family. For her, the most meaningful parts are growing closer together as a family, watching her family build special bonds with the cast, and sharing many unique experiences along the way. When she’s not at a show, she’s with her kids—dancing, creating, and turning everyday moments into something a little more magical.
