An evening packed full of the Old Cowboy Songs, Western Comedy, and the Choreography of his Dazzling ShowGirls. APPETIZER: Mozzarella Caprese: Fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic drizzle. Served with toasted crostini.

SALAD: Apple salad Fresh sliced apples, tomatoes, candied walnuts, feta cheese served on a bed of greens with an apple cider vinaigrette dressing.

ENTREE: Piled high penne pasta served with magnificent meatballs and mouth waterin' meat sauce!

DESSERT: Apple Blossom Pastry shell stuffed with caramelized apples and served with vanilla ice cream.
